NWWITA – Episode 7- Will Trent sees The Colors Within with a Companion

In this episode I go over the latest episodes of Will Trent I watched and the two movies The Colors Within (2025) and Companion (2025) both of which I got to see in theaters! So lets get straight to it1

The Colors Within

Not a sapphic movie (officially but could be read as such) but truly the story of people coming together to find their voice and make music together! I really liked it a lot and the music was pretty solid! There is a bit of a religious element to it as the main character goes to a all girls Catholic school but its more of a background aspect of the film (aside from the ending song having the word amen in it lol). The director is Naoko Yamada who also directed A Silent Voice! Her IMDb is actually pretty extensive ranging from other animated films directed to things she actually had her hand in animating!

A girl who can see colors in people’s hearts joins a band with two other people.

2025 Sci-Fi Horror Movie Becomes Streaming Hit After Reviews & Buzz Pushed It To Box Office Success

I think I had a great time with this since I didn’t catch a trailer beforehand lol just a preview, loved that it wrapped up in an hour thirty ( #make movies short again) Loved Harvey Gullien in this!

And a trailer well teaser as this was the only thing I originally saw and it sold me completely (but also the reason I didn’t know what was going on at first lmao).
